Once you meander down the quiet dirt road and onto the property, you will feel immediately relaxed and assured that you have found your ultimate vacation spot. Step out of the car and take in your private oasis with 336 feet of Winnipesaukee frontage wrapping around the point; complete with a sand beach area and dock that will accommodate a boat up to 24 feet in length (the larger permanent dock will accommodate the boat and the smaller, temporary dock will accommodate kayaks or a jet ski). 2 kayaks and a paddle board for your enjoyment. Western exposure for taking in beautiful sunsets and a sun-drenched waterside deck add to your outdoor enjoyment. Relax in the hammock with your morning coffee or just curl up and take an afternoon nap while listening to the water rush against the shore. Inside the house, on the main level you'll find a sunny living room with lots of windows for looking out to the lake; a cheery kitchen for preparing your meals; a bedroom with full bed and the cherry-on-top which is the amazing screen room for enjoying hours and hours of gathering time where you'll enjoy the lake breeze while reminiscing, playing board or card games and un-plugging from your everyday world. The second floor gives you 3 bedrooms and a full bath (this is the only bath). There are split A/C units in the living room and the bedrooms on the second floor with the queen bed and the full and twin beds. The bedroom on the second floor with twin beds does not have an A/C unit. The dock will accommodate one boat up to 26 feet in length. There is a washer and dryer in the shed on the property. The water source to this property is the lake. Tenants must bring bottled water. Please note that the stairs going to the second floor are quite steep and narrow. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
