AMAZING WINNIPESAUKEE VIEWS Heated Pool Hot Tub

Everything about the house was fabulous. Only challenge was related to the rental company. They advised before the trip that all trash must be in bags in the garbage cans becuase previous renters had not followed this rule. I asked them to validate if all the trash had been bagged from previous renters before our arrival as I did not want to pay a fee for someone else. They assured me yes. On Wednesday morning they called me and said the trash man said there was loose trash in one of the cans and would not take it away. I went to the cans and inspected, found loose trash that was not ours and listed the items I could see and explained none of those were ours and it was clear it had been there for some time, yet she continued to question me. When your paying a premium for high end rentals, don't call and blame someone unless you have gone out there yourself and inspected. Especially if it was known you had a problem. Your problem is with the trash or cleaning company. We cleaned out that garbage before we left becuase we did not trust the rental company would try and charge us.

This home was absolutely amazing—perfect for our larger group! The view was truly breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with high-quality cookware, including great pans, knives, and serving bowls, which made cooking a breeze. We loved spending time by the beautiful pool, and the billiards room was a total hit with everyone.

And a huge shoutout to Sue from At the Lake Rental Company—she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from booking to check-in and beyond. Her attentiveness made everything seamless. We can’t recommend this company enough!

We recently spent the holiday week in this amazing home, and we were thrilled with the property. The views were absolutely amazing. The property owner has gone the extra mile with high quality furniture for the patio areas and the kitchen was stocked FULL of quality utensils, cooking equipment, plates and glassware. This is a high end rental, and very well maintained.

What an absolutely magnificent spot. The ever present view of the lake cannot be beat and the house and outside spaces are laid out to take advantage of it. It will take your breath away. The pictures - while extraordinary - don’t do it justice. Even on rainy days watching the weather roll in was a joy.

The house is newly renovated and in mint condition. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a rental that was this well maintained.

The kitchen and living room connect to a generous deck with views and breezes that make it comfortable even in the mid day sun. Highly recommend yoga out there.

The pool and hot tub are perfect. The pool is especially well laid out for small children with generous wading areas and a huge box of pool toys and floats (one of many considerate small touches).

The pool house affords a ton of extra privacy. The fire pit has perhaps the best view of all and is really well considered and laid out.

We only needed a couple small things from the managers but they were super responsive.

Book with confidence this is an amazing spot.

Top of the World is a magical place. The views from 800 feet above Lake Winnipesaukee were constantly changing but always interesting. The House and Pool House are very new, very clean, well furnished and comfortable for our group of 9. The pool and hot tub were well-designed for us, although I would caution that the pool has a relatively small shallow end so that families with young children who are not good swimmers will have to be alert. (The pool is completely fenced except for the entrance from the pool house.). All of the people at At The Lake Vacation Rentals were friendly, competent and helpful. We enjoyed taking the mail boat tour of the lake and a trip to Gunstock ski resort.

My family of 11 adults and children enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. The house appears new, was clean, and very comfortable.
Property is only minutes from Gunstock Adventure Center, but a 15 minutes or a little more drive to most restaurants, stores, or lake shore; but the VIEW is better than you can imagine and the pool is great.

This home is absolutely amazing! Definately top of the line in every way. The rooms are very large and the kitchen is stocked with every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. Our party of 10 used the huge pool and spa almost every day.Being heated , the water temperature was always perfect. No need to bring pool toys.. We loved enjoying the rockers on the deck to view the amazing view. Gunstock Mountain is very close by where zip line and coaster were so much fun. Many little towns to shop and explore. If you want a vacation home of pure luxury, this is the one!

This place is awesome...great view, lots of space and lots to do. We had 2 family's with teenagers and we used all the amenities (pool, deck, Patio, Pool house, pool table, dart board, Xbox).Very Clean and comfortable.
