313 Melville was excellent. Location, amenities, furniture, comfort, very well stocked. With five teenagers it was perfect. Table tennis, pool table ( only one cue was not broken. Five were broken. Recommend replacing. )Poker table was so much fun. Agents were responsive to our needs. We paid for linens and towels. Feel the quality of towels were not very good. There were not enough mattress covers with the bed package. The temperature controls for the upper floor was confusing. Were told they were owner controlled. We were able to adjust throughout the week. We had the best time and hope to return same time next year.

Great place! We had 10 of us 4 children under 5. Enjoyed every mi Ute. The pictures of the downstairs bedrooms don’t do its justice! They kids really enjoyed the room with the bunk beds! Can’t say one negative! Planning to go back in 2026!

Our family of 12 easily fit into this beautiful lakefront home. Everyone had plenty of space and enjoyed all the accommodations available at the property. I highly recommend and can't wait for our next visit!

This amazing property is perfect for a fun, relaxing family vacation! The home is very well maintained inside & out, with comfy beds, plenty of space, & meticulous landscaping . We fully utilized the chefs kitchen & downstairs bar areas for our happy hours & meals, which saved us money. The Sandy beach area, dock, & crystal clear water were great for swimming, fishing, & kayaking. We appreciated that it is a smaller, quieter lake with less boat traffic & safer for the kids. We were fortunate to see a double rainbow over the lake after a storm but otherwise the lake views are spectacular, with sparkling water, ducks & loons, & picturesque sunrises & sunsets. The staff at Lake Vacation Rentals are super helpful & excellent communicators. Unlike other booking agencies you’re dealing with ‘live’ people who are always available. Of all the lake places we’ve rented this truly is the best!

This lakefront property far exceeded our expectations! The home is clean & comfortable with lots of extras. It's the perfect place for a large family to just relax & have fun! There are beautiful water & mountain views. The clear water, sandy beach & fire pit area were awesome! Lake Opechee is quiet & perfect for even the little ones to swim & kayak peacefully. The house is designed for comfort with spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, central AC & extra TV's. With the chef's kitchen, deluxe grill, & plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas we cooked & ate all our meals there instead of having to go out. Sue at Lake Vacation Rentals was very friendly & responsive. We would highly recommend this property & plan to return next year!

We love this house and the fact that the lake is in the backyard. The beds are comfortable, central Ac and the lake is very clean! We rented a boat and loved cruising the lake. We wore water shoes due to some small rocks but there is a nice area of clearing to swim in. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait to go back!

The house and property is amazing. Quiet neighborhood and the lake is very calm with far less boats than Winnipesaukee. We had 3 families (12 total) and we were all very comfortable and had a great week.

The house was very comfortable, inside and out. The water yard and waterfront area were great.
Location was great. It was disappointing that we could not really see the view from the deck. I realize that trees cannot be cut down along the water, but I would think some trimming could be done.
The kitchen could have been better stocked. A vegetable peeler maybe, a baking pan? Very clean except for the floors. The property management people were wonderful! especially Sue Gravelle! She responded very quickly to any issues we had. And the guy who came to clean up the duck droppings that last day. (We were able to keep them away until then.)

We loved the set up of the house, there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the lake was beautiful. We would love to stay here again.

The house is very nice. We had a couple of problems but were able to work them out. One was the alarm went off and the fire department came but the management company and the owner did not have the code to shut it off. I am sure the owner will now include that in the home information.
Secondly there was an issue with trash from the previous tenant but after a discussion with the management company this was taken care of. We were one of the first rentals for this property. I believe these were all just learning the needs of a new property. It is really a beautiful, very well kept home and I would highly recommend this property.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at this property! The location is wonderful. Right on the lake with easy in and out. The lake is peaceful and the water clean for all your water fun. The house is in great condition. There are ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the open concept makes hosting many people easy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again!

After a 9 hour drive from Delaware we finally arrived at this rental property, and I have to say it was nicer than we had ever imagined! The online pictures don’t do it justice! From the moment we walked in the front doors I knew it was going to be a great week! Impeccably clean, plenty of room for the 9 of us, and right on the water! A sandy beach area and nice dock made it easy to get our “toys” in and out of the water. Everything about this property was wonderful! I was looking forward to this vacation for 6 months, and it was perfect! Highly recommend!!!

We enjoy the home very much. It was spacious and the 10 of us felt very comfortable. The house was very well equipped with high end appliances. The owners take very good care of their property and even though they were not present we felt as if we were in the company of great hosts. We visited Castle in the Clouds and hired a friendly skipper from Goodhue and Hawkin to take the kiddos tubing for the day on Lake Winnipesaukee. We also had coffee and a scone at the delicious bakery called Cup & Crumb. We enjoyed make s'mores outside and kayak every day. I also enjoyed a few minutes with my teenager as we laid on the hammock just a few feet away from the water. My sister and I enjoyed a glass of wine on the dock. Very special place and look forward to another visit.
