The property includes docking for a boat up to 22 feet, making it easy to explore Lake Winnipesaukee directly from your own waterfront. Inside, the home is filled with natural light, with large windows throughout capturing beautiful lake views. The main level features a spacious kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to cook together, flowing into an open concept dining and living area perfect for gathering after a day on the water. A wall of windows overlooks the lake, creating a bright and inviting space where everyone can relax and reconnect. A comfortable three season room off the living area provides additional space to unwind, with direct access to the oversized deck featuring picnic seating and outdoor dining options. The main level also includes a king bedroom with lake facing windows, a half bath, laundry room, and an attached bathroom with tub shower combination plus an additional walk-in shower. Upstairs, a sun filled loft with a twin bed provides additional sleeping space, along with two more bedrooms and a full bathroom.
