Newly constructed home sleeping 4 located on Fish Cove Lake Winnipesaukee

We had a great time. A beautiful property on a quiet cove. Plenty of sunny and shady areas with porches, hammock, dock, and sitting area. Lots of equipment like life jackets, noodles, goggles, fishing nets, canoe, etc. Away from it all but only 12 minutes to town. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you!

This is our second year in a row coming to this amazing lake home. Last year our twins had just graduated high school and this year they just finished their first year at Plymouth State University. No better way to relax than right here at this lake in this home. It’s so perfectly designed for our style with the post and beam. It’s at the quiet end of the lake and June is extra quiet. It was so easy to work with at the lake rentals, simple and trusting. We like to secretly make believe it’s really our lake home and we rent it out to other people for the rest of the year. :) It sure was nice to come back! See ya next year!

The home was very comfortable. Well appointed and stocked. Had all the amenities needed. The fans provided were very helpful in keeping it comfortable. The fishing in the cove was fun and productive! Enjoyed the kayak (a suggestion to have 2 enclosed kayaks for 2 adults? If there was my apologies we overlooked it). Have been renting and visiting Lake Winnie for ever and this was definitely one of our top rental properties. Looking forward to summer 2026!!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful lakefront home in Meredith, NH. Everything felt brand new and was spotless upon arrival, with plenty of thoughtful touches like a well-stocked kitchen, gas grill, and on-site laundry. The location was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and right on the water, with a dock and access to both a kayak and canoe, which our twin 14-year-old boys loved using for fishing in the cove. We arrived late our first night and were greeted by the magical sound of loons calling across the lake. Throughout the week, we enjoyed perfect weather and took full advantage of the home’s amenities, making it one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations we’ve had.

This house was perfect. The owners did an amazing job decorating and providing the comforts of home. We have a 12 and 15 year old and there was plenty of space when space was needed. We kayaked, swam, fished, paddle boarded. I only wish there was a swim platform for diving or possibly a water trampoline (neighbors had one and it looked amazing). I am sure insurance wont allow that, but how cool would that be? All in all, this house was perfection. We have rented on Lake Winni for 6 years and this house was our favorite. Charming and cozy. So happy we found it. Thank you to the owners for having such a cool spot!! Kelly Kast

This was the easiest place to find and book. Everything was very professionally done with no worries for us. This was a dream home for my family. Our twins graduated high school so we all needed exactly this to relax together before they head off to college. Thank you so much! :)
