PERFECT!!
We recently stayed at this incredible lakefront home, and honestly, "perfect" doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to the sunrise views over the lake every morning was just breathtaking. The tranquility of the water was the perfect way to start the day. We spent our days kayaking and fishing, which was such a relaxing way to soak up the sun and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Evening walks provided spectacular sunset views, what really added to the charm was the chance to spot deer along the trails. There’s something magical about quietly watching these graceful creatures in their natural habitat, especially as the sun begins to set. The property is not just beautiful; it really felt like a home away from home. I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to escape and unwind. You won't be disappointed!

The home was exactly as described and shown in photos. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to easily get to Center Harbor, Wolfboro and Meredith. The views from the home are amazing and relaxing and we spent a lot of time on the beach with our 2 year old grandson. I’m not sure who had a better time. I highly recommend this property!

We have rented many places on Lake Winnipesaukee and this is by far overall was the best. The house was perfect in all respects and what we like most was the large communal area where we could all gather. It was well-suited for outdoor living with a wonderful beach, dock, fire pit and privacy. We are hoping to stay there next year.

Our week at 104 Serenity Place was fantastic on every account. We had such a good time such that we would love to rent the same home again next year for a week.

The only small little issues we came across was that the screen door to the back deck was scraping against the composite deck boards when opening the door such that the spring of the door was insufficient tension to close the door on its own. However, this small problem was easily rectified by tightening the screw on the tension bar going across the door.

The other small little issue was the gas grill was difficult to light such that an excessive amount of propane gas had to accumulate before it would light with force. I placed a new battery in the lighter but that only helped a little bit. I'm thinking contacts may need to be cleaned.

Serenity has it all - beach, floating trampoline, boat dock, kayaks, paddleboard and firepit. Fun for an extended family of 16! We came together from around the country to a favorite vacation location of recently deceased elderly parents to celebrate them, reflect on old memories, share family fun and make new memories.

The home is gorgeous and had plenty of space for us to spread out and have some privacy. Every detail in the home was well thought out and had thoughtful amenities like extra rolls of paper towel, some coffee, spices, and especially the smores makings and sticks! The cousins "kids" ages 7 to 25 loved the bunk room.

We rented a boat and it was great to dock it right there and enjoy all the outdoor activities and beautiful deck and screened porch.

At the Lake Vacation Rentals could not have been more responsive and helpful. They were a delight to work with. Thank you especially to Sue and the owners of this amazing property.

Best Vacation Ever!!!
I’d give this home 10 stars if I could – it is exceptional. I rented this home for a special occasion, and it was a huge hit. Tucked away on a tranquil spot overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee, it features breathtaking water views in almost every room. Whether it was a morning kayak tour on the lake, or afternoon sun on the dock. Hearing the loons call sitting around the fire pit. It is a very special home. The home is spacious, with lots of places to hang out -whether gathering in the kitchen, relaxing in front of the fireplace, The bedrooms are all a generous size and beautifully decorated – offering a quiet place to escape. The house decor is a wow– like something out of a design magazine – yet, still very comfortable to hang out and have fun. The hosts have thought of everything. Equipped with kayaks, games, a bar, lots of seating areas, and a well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc.), Can’t wait to go back!

Our family if 16 had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The equipment at the lake kept us occupied every day. The games in the house were in constant use. There were so many areas for different small groups of us to splinter off and just visit or play cards or other games. We did some sightseeing and found some fun places to eat. Hopefully another trip to Lake Winni is in our future and this same house would be our choice!

Perfection On Lake Winnipesaukee
I rented this amazing home for a family gathering. The minute we stepped onto the property, we knew we had chosen the perfect spot. The home is brand new with only the finest furnishings and the decor is just beautiful. This owner has thought of everything to make their guests feel at home and want for nothing. From sitting around the campfire at night to the family ping-pong tournament, the stay was filled with nothing but wonderful memories to take home and cherish for a lifetime. We plan to return - the family has already voted on it.

Words cannot describe...!
What luxury, beauty, comfort. The house has everything you need. So much space for everyone to enjoy themselves together or have some breathing room to themselves. Each piece of furniture, every bed, lets you snuggle up and relax in bliss. The bunk room and downstairs den were a huge hit with the kids!! It's quiet, serene. But still close to attractions when you want to get out of the house, but who would? :) It was a winter wonderland when we went. Now can't wait to be back to experience this place in the summer!

Spent a lovely weekend here. This property is on a beautiful spot on the lake. Private, woodsy, elegant. A wonderful fire pit area down by the water. Though it was too cold for swimming it looks like it would be great durning the summer months. The house is very welcoming with lots of comfy seating. Well appointed kitchen. Our bedroom was quite comfortable with a fabulous en suite. Though we didn’t have any small children with us the kid’s bunk room looked like it would be a ton of fun for a family.

Excellent spot for family vacation
This is a brand new home that is very spacious and was very well appointed - both beautiful and functional. The kitchen lacked nothing and we had all our meals here. Very nice gas grill. You can dine on the deck or inside and there is plenty of room for all. Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds are. 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen and an exceptional bunk room that the young ones loved. Great dock with no local rocks altering access to boat landings. We especially found the giant floating inner tube with a trampoline web platform great fun and well used. Many amenities from sandy beach for child play, kayaks, table tennis, etc. We all enjoyed our stay. The only negative to renting in this area is If you want to dine out it is a 25-30 minute drive. I’m not sure why you would do that and miss out on the spectacular views from this property.

We had a great stay at this new home. The location was idyllic and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen where we ended up cooking every night. We had plenty of room to spread out, home is well furnished and the beach and dock are about as good as you can get.
