Beautiful Newer Winnipesaukee Waterfront Home for 10 5 Bedrooms 4 Baths

This was our third year vacationing at 103 Southerlee, and it continues to be one of the highlights of our year. From the early morning call of the loons to the evenings around the campfire this place has it all. While we escaped any rainy days, the basement has pong pong, foosball, air hockey, and more to entertain the young and young at heart. Accommodations are first class!

Beautiful view, spotless house. Huge deck with grass for the kids to play. Water is clean and the dock makes boating easy.

We rented this house for a second time. Well fitted for a family with a game room in the lower level, easy lake access. Our only issue, commented also by other renters, is that the beds are not very comfortable.

This is a beautiful,new spacious house with all the amenities we needed. It was great for our family.
There is lots of seating for dinners inside and out. The deck and views are amazing. It was spotless, in a quiet setting.
We look forward to coming back again.

The house was in immaculate condition and very well stocked with necessities. Access to the lake was great, view was beautiful. Downstairs games provided entertainment for kids. Everything about this house was top notch.

Mazing for a family vacation, the house was perfect and had all the amenities needed to feel at home. The property is meticulously clean and beautiful. The property management company was terrific, easy to work with, and very kind. They were attentive to any needs or questions we had.

As soon as we walked in the front door, we knew we were in our perfect vacation home – the home, the yard, the waterfront, and the lake views were spectacular! In addition, the kitchen was well equipped -everything needed for preparing meals including basic seasonings; the baths had toilet tissue and hand soap.

However, first thing on our first day, a Sunday, we discovered the oven didn’t work. We called At The Lake and Gail was at the home within an hour. She had already contacted the owners who were out of state visiting family and wouldn’t be back until evening, but they promised to address the problem then. The owners around 6:30 that evening attempted to fix the problem by rewiring the stove and replacing the circuit breaker. When this didn’t resolve the problem, they promised to be back soon with a new range. A half hour later, they had removed the old range and installed a new one including making the necessary gas and electrical connections – all on a Sunday evening!

Reality is something can always go wrong. What really matters is how those responsible respond. The owners and At The Lake could not have been more responsive nor more competent and prepared to actually fix our problem with amazing speed. Think about it, what are the odds of getting a new range, having it delivered, installing it with the necessary gas and electrical connections, and removing the old range on a Sunday night!

In short, our perfect vacation home came with perfectly amazing support!

Both 103 Southlee and 104 Hurst were great houses on a great property. We had a wonderful week. What a great place Lake Winnipesaukee is to visit if you like boating, swimming, tubing, hiking, etc, etc.
