Quaint 1 bedroom cottage with water access to the town beach in Moultonborough. (town beach pass will be provided) This cottage is set back from the road in a nicely wood yard. As you make your way inside there is an open concept kitchen (stove no oven) , living and dining floor plan. The bedroom off the kitchen has a queen bed, tv and ac. TV with roku in living room and ac. Sit on the screen porch and enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee in the morning or enjoy the fire pit in the evening on a nice summer night. Pets are allowed with owner approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet. If you would like to rent linens for this property; the cost is $30 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.
