Updated kitchen. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a full bath and 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a 3/4 bath (shower stall). Enjoy all that Balmoral on Winnipesaukee has to offer including a beautiful sand beach with bocce and volley-ball courts. At the clubhouse, you'll find basketball and tennis courts. There is so much to enjoy nearby! Its just a short drive for your evening ice cream at Skelly's Market. Enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or "mini-golf" at Paradise Falls - both in Moultonborough.
