The new owners of this adorable Balmoral on Winnipesaukee home have decorated it beautifully, including the brand new 2-section family room in the lower level. Pride of ownership is apparent as soon as you step inside. The ground-floor level offers a large family with a smart TV and sleep sofa separated by the stairs from the second seating area which is great for gathering and conversing or playing a board game. Up one flight, you will find the kitchen with new stainless appliances; dining table and living room with TV (this TV has a Roku for watching TV). This floor also gives you the large deck for enjoying your meals al fresco and 2 bedrooms (the bedroom with 2 twins has a small private deck overlooking the back yard) plus a full bath. Upstairs, the top floor boasts a large "bunk room" with a king bed and 2 twin beds and a 3/4 bath. This room has a small balcony for stepping outside to gauge the temperature before heading out for the day. Walk or drive just half a mile (a parking pass for the Balmoral beach is included) to the water and enjoy a day in the sun and water or maybe some bocce-ball or volley-ball lakeside. The Balmoral Clubhouse is just a short walk away and offers tennis and basketball courts and a new playground. Back at the house in the evening, challenge your vacation-mates to a game of horseshoes in the backyard before settling in around the campfire for some s'mores and long-overdue reconnecting. There are window A/C units in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. If you want to venture out for the day, the Lakes Region offers so many activities - renting a boat for the day, taking a dinner cruise, hiking, golf, mini-golf, horseback riding, taking in a drive-in movie, nightly ice creams at Skelly's Market just up the street, maybe even a trip to the world's largest arcade - Funspot, or ziplining from the top of Gunstock Mountain - the choice is yours! What a great home-base for your fall foliage or winter skiing vacation too! If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $105 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

We were very happy wit this clean well decorated house near the lake. There was ample room for guests and visitors. It was air conditioned and comfy. There was the only one glitch in our stay about cleaning but it was rectified by the company right away! Everything else was AMAZING! Great house worked out well with the three floors, babies could sleep on the third floor while the adults watched movies stayed up by the fire or played games in the basement with the HUGE TV. I always find rentals never have enough seating, couch wise and this one was PERFECT! fit us all whenever anyone just wanted to relax. The home was very neat and clean and the kitchen had nice appliances and everything that you would need. The living room and two family rooms on the lower level provided plenty of space for family members to gather. Excellent place for vacation
Beautiful and clean home, very large with 3 floors of finished living space. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. ACs for hot summer months. Large back yard with fire pit and play structure. Very short walk to community playground, tennis courts and beautiful beach. Many restaurants and attractions in the area. Large house short walk to the beach
Our family of 6 enjoyed a stay at this beautiful, clean and large home. It has everything for your needs for both kids and adults. Well equipped with board games, 2 TVs, large yard. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the nearby attractions, restaurants and took a day trip to scenic white mountains region which was only a little over half an hour ride. Perfect get away!
2 families, total 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children stayed at the house for 3 nights of school vacation get away. The house is big with more then enough space for everyone to spread out. It’s very clean with new furniture, nicely decorated and well equipped for all your needs. The kids enjoyed the third floor bedroom with their own shower and balcony. Huge first floor family room with sleeper couch, smart TV, electric fire place, lots of board games and big space for everyone to get together. Cozy living room with TV and roku. Nice backyard with fire pit and small play structure and horseshoe game. We enjoyed short walk just down the street to the beautiful beach with volleyball net and small play structures and beautiful lake! 5 min walk to the community playground and tennis courts. Just a short drive to Center Harbor and Meredith for great food and shopping, loon center with a beautiful hike and other attractions near by. 4 days wasn’t enough!
