Winnipesaukee waterfront home located in the picturesque Salmon Meadow Cove area in Moultonborough. Just an 8 minute drive from the Town of Center Harbor by car and an easy boat ride to the "broads" of the lake for you day of exploring by water. 5 bedrooms and 2 baths (both baths are located on the main level) plus a recently renovated kitchen, living room, 3-season room and a walk-out family room in the lower level. Imagine relaxing on the deck and looking out to the water while enjoying your morning coffee or evening beverage. There's plenty of room for everyone to gather for a rousing board game or slip away for some quiet reflection. There is a nice sand-bottom walk-in area for accessing the water on one side of the property and a large U-shaped dock on the other side. The dock will accommodate your boat up to 24 feet in length (the owner keeps her boat on the dock as well). You can take a swim out to the raft to work on your tan then jump back in to cool off on your way back to shore. Enjoy some burgers and dogs cooked on the gas grill or, if you prefer to go "old school", you can roast them on the charcoal grill for that true back yard barbecue flavor.
