Winnipesaukee cottage featuring 2 bedrooms plus a sleep-sofa in the living room and 3/4 bath (shower stall). Located in Buzzle Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee, this property is a great place to relax, unwind and take in the nature around you. Hop into one of the 3 kayaks and paddle the shoreline for some early morning tranquility. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal on the deck looking out across the water to the island (privately owned) in the center of the cove. Be the chef of the group at the gas grill with a great lake view. After dinner, head on out to the fire pit to reconnect and enjoy a s'more - or two. The large sand beach is the perfect place for a sand castle competition or to just pull up a lounge chair and read that book everyone is talking about.. Entry into the water is by stepping down from the sand beach into sand-bottom frontage. The dock will accommodate your boat up to 24 feet in length. Enjoy the peace and quiet of Buzzle Cove yet be just a 15 minute +/- boat ride to the "broads" of the lake. The charming cottage offers cable TV and wireless internet. There is a window A/C in the living area. The fireplace is off limits and not to be used. The water source to this cottage is from the lake. Tenants must use bottled water for consumption.
Parking for 4 cars.
If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

They even helped to resolve a coffee pot issue the same day so we could have coffee the following morning. "This cottage is very peaceful and comfortable. The large east facing deck was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The only concerns we had were the dock being a little wobbly and the transition from the beach to the water was steeper than the pictures show. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rent this cottage again if not for the fact the other family members want to join us next year and we will be looking for a bigger place. "
