This home sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed (a twin bed over a full). There is also a full bath off the hallway on this floor. The main level features an open kitchen, dining area and living room as well as peaceful sunroom to relax after a fun-filled day on the Lake. There is a queen sleep-sofa in the living room on the main level for additional sleeping. Please note, the fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use.
This home has all the amenities you'll need for a great vacation including Apple TV for streaming in the sunroom, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, washer and dryer and a window A/C unit in each of the upstairs bedrooms. With a lakeside setting this lovely, you may never want to leave the property - but if you decide to venture out, there is so much to enjoy nearby. Enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or "mini-golf" at Paradise Falls - both in Moultonborough.
This property requires a $250 refundable damage deposit.
Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
