There are also 3 bedrooms located on the main level. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed. Bedroom 2 has (2) twin sized beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, no tub on this level. A vintage spiral staircase leads to the lower level where the 4th bedroom is located with a queen size bed and ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling fan in the spacious living area along with an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower, no tub. Easy access out to the patio and just steps to the water.
