Welcome to "Windemere" in Wolfeboro, located on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee! Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the gorgeous lake views, private beach, and large dock that beckon you to relax, swim, tan, and play. The front yard is level and large and offers plenty of room for outdoor recreation. The dock is partially covered with an awning and provides plenty of room for seating in shade or sun. Bluetooth speakers have been installed allowing you to listen to you favorite music while enjoying the outdoors. The dock can accommodate two boats up to 24 feet in length each.
The home, built in 1919, has wainscoted walls, a beautiful stone fireplace, large bedrooms, two porches, and nostalgic touches while still incorporating elements such as a kitchen with modern conveniences and newly renovated bathrooms, cable tv, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. Windemere is located one mile from downtown Wolfeboro; an easy walk, 5 minute drive, or 10 minute boat ride away. The town is affectionately known as "The Oldest Summer Resort in America" and offers many quaint shops including a bookstore, great restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops, gift shops, and more. Windemere in historic Wolfeboro is a summer home you will want to return to year after year!

Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee for this property is $135 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
