Additionally the property binder at the house is meticulously organized, making it easy for guests to familiarize themselves with the property. The house itself is extremely well-designed, built, and appointed. From the WiFi to the BBQ grill, everything just works great. "This home is stunning & comfortable, but Braun Bay is party central. At least 15 boats across the bay competing for the loudest music. The bay is also VERY shallow and rocky which is tough for boaters, even a pontoon. I had to dock offsite. "
