Hardwood and tile flooring run throughout, with mini split air conditioning units and window units available for cooling on warm summer days.
The lower level provides additional space for relaxing and recreation, featuring a wet bar, pool table, and flat screen television for movie nights or downtime with your group. From this level, guests have direct access to the waterfront without navigating stairs.
A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required when renting this home.
