The eco-friendly home boasts geothermal temperature control and even a car charging station - not to mention an ethanol fireplace in the large open great room! Architect designed and decorated beautifully; you will love spending your mornings sipping a cup of coffee in the large screen room while enjoying the nature around you. The 4 bedrooms (including an amazing bunk room for the kids) make for plenty of space for all and the second-floor media rooms offers another sleeping area with a pull-out couch along with a smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and Disney Plus streaming. After a day on the lake, what better way to spend you evening than connecting with your vacation-mates on the beautiful patio while roasting some marshmallows over the fire pit. The dock will accommodate your boat up to 26 feet in length and has a ladder on the end for entry into the water. Don't leave a carbon footprint; leave your footprints in the sand on the perched beach looking out to the conservation island just across the water. Centrally located on the lake, it's just a short boat ride into Meredith or Weirs Beach for lunch or dinner at one of the great lakeside restaurants or the obligatory evening ice cream cone. A 5 minute drive will bring you into either Center Harbor or Meredith. This is truly a one-of-a-kind vacation home that you will reminisce about for years to come.

If you would like to rent linens for this property; the cost is $170 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made, the fee is $8 per bed.

The property, both inside and out, is pristine. With the private dock we had immediate access to ideal areas for skiing/wakeboarding/wake surfing, or fishing. It is also an ideal location to just float on raft in the cove. We can't wait to return!"
