Enjoy the custom Adirondack chairs while you sip your morning coffee or tea, taking in the fresh lake and mountain air. If you are in need of shade, there are retractable awnings for your comfort over the deck, that offer shade from the sun. There is also a 3-season porch and front screened porch, both with separate entryways. When it is time to relax for the day, you have two amazing choices of living areas, both with views of the lake. Off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a 1/2 bath for convenience, as well as an additional powder room also on the main floor. The upper level offers a primary bedroom with a lake view, a King-size bed & an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. This bedroom is equipped with a wall unit A/C, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The middle bedroom also offers a majestic lake view, Queen-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan and a split A/C unit. The third bedroom on this level offers views of the lake and mountains as well. It has a pyramid style bunk bed with a Twin-size bed over a Queen-size bed and a separate Twin-size bed too. This bedroom has a ceiling fan and a split A/C Unit. In addition, there is also a full-size bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo.
The detached garage also offers a finished, living / sleeping area with 4 Twin beds and a Smart TV. NEW FOR 2024: PORTABLE A/C HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS SPACE. Please note, there are no bathroom facilities in the space above the garage. There is, however, easy access to the house through the side door leading into the laundry area. There are three garages on site, that will not be accessible for guest use with the exception of the living space above the detached garage.
