Welcome to Lake Winnipesaukee! Relax and unwind at this fantastic lake home in Moultonborough. With a grassy yard for playing games, dock for up to a 22-foot boat, a sandy beach AND two kayaks available for you to use, you can put your mind in "vacation mode" for your whole stay!
This home sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed with attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed (a twin bed over a full). There is also a full bath off the hallway on this floor. The main level features an open kitchen, dining area and living room as well as peaceful sunroom to relax after a fun-filled day on the Lake. There is a queen sleep-sofa in the living room on the main level for additional sleeping. Please note, the fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use.
This home has all the amenities you'll need for a great vacation including Apple TV for streaming in the sunroom, Wi-Fi, a gas grill, washer and dryer and a window A/C unit in each of the upstairs bedrooms. With a lakeside setting this lovely, you may never want to leave the property – but if you decide to venture out, there is so much to enjoy nearby. Enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or “mini-golf” at Paradise Falls – both in Moultonborough.
This property requires a $250 refundable damage deposit.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125.00, Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

"The house is spacious and the yard is lovely. The porch is awesome. Location is remote, so it is peaceful. The only drawbacks are it is difficult to swim because of rocks in front of the house, and if the weather is very humid, the first floor is hot. Otherwise, we loved it! Perfect for families. "

"The house we stayed in was a gem! It was private with a beautiful yard by the lake. The bedrooms were spacious and fresh! Two items that could use an update- the water pressure on the kitchen sink and downstairs bathroom toilet and the keys. At the Lake Vacation Rentals needed to come and bring us different keys because the first set did not unlock the door. Other than that our trip was wonderful!!!"
