Look no further! This is the vacation home you've been searching for! This well-maintained, pet friendly home is located in Wildwood on Lake Winnipesaukee's Long Island, a private beach access community.
Convenient open concept living, kitchen and dining area on the main level with cathedral ceilings, spit unit A/C and ceiling fan for your comfort. Walk right out from the sliding glass doors onto the wrap around deck, where you can enjoy a meal from the grill or just sit, relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun at the beach. After dark, sit around the fire table together telling old stories or toasting s'mores while you count the stars in the summer sky.
The Main floor of this home offers 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king size bed & ceiling fan, and the other bedroom has a queen size bed and ceiling fan. On the upper level you will find 2 more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunkbed that is a twin size bed over a full-size bed and also a separate full-size bed and ceiling fan. The 4th bedroom offers 2 full-size beds and ceiling fan. Heading down to the lower level there is the 3rd bathroom with a shower, no tub, and the 5th bedroom with a queen-size bed, washer and dryer. There is also additional living and sleeping space (queen size futon) on this level with fun for the whole group.
During your stay, you will have access to one of the most sought-after private communities on Lake Winnipesaukee just 3/10 mile away.
Spend your days of vacation at the water's edge with 300+ ft of sandy beach. Play, swim or just relax. There is also a swim raft and a day dock that is available with a one hour maximum, daily.
*Beach parking is permitted in front of the tennis courts only. It is also important to note that dogs must be leashed at all times during your stay and are not allowed at the beach. Guests will be required to acknowledge and sign all rules and regulations for the Wildwood Association before their stay with us. *

"Very convenient location. Peaceful community with very nice beach. Beautiful lake views at beach area. Peaceful section of lake. Coffee pot functioned poorly. The second coffee maker -pod type- functioned well but not as useful for our family size. Despite dehumidifiers somewhat musty on our arrival. Lower level game room provided entertainment choices for a few of the rainy days during our stay! We had children in our family group so sharp drop off in yard concerning as no fence/ landscaping/ warning to alert."

The house is perfect for our needs easily accommodating 6 adults and 4 children with lots of room for everyone! The house is always clean and well equipped with anything you need . We have found At the Lake Vacation staff to be responsive and so friendly. They will help with anything you need quickly.
