Wonderful lake cottage for 8 with great sand beach and SW exposure! Large lawn to the water is a great place for the kids to run and play! Bunk room with 5 twin beds and 2 bedrooms (queen and twins). Screen porches on both sides of the house as well as a patio. Tenants are not allowed to dock boats on the dock. Walk to the town of Center Harbor or sit on the beach and watch the Mount Washington go by. This charming lake house is the perfect spot for your family vacation! Fireplace is off limits. Max: 3 cars
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $200. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.

"So many things to share. The location was wonderful! Site pictures need to be updated to show all the location has to offer. Designed to get you in vacation mode. Wooden rocking chairs right off the kitchen were a delightful surprise. Perfect for morning coffee. Waterfront was great, well maintained, lake had consistent level, no sudden drop off. The shady sitting area to the right was also not well shared in photos. Beds were VERY comfy. Kitchen is large but there was not a lot of storage space for food items. No AC - with dewpoints in the 70 and temps in the high 80s this caused a couple of sleepless nights. Well water system used. Shower has very low water pressure. No washer/dryer. Had to use the local laundry mat. Owner does provide drying racks. Front porch had lovely white wicker chairs not firewood as shown in pictures. Only has parking for 3 cars. "
