SPECIAL RATE FOR WEEK OF JUNE 13TH!! Your luxury Winnipesaukee vacation awaits. The minute you step out of your car and onto this property, you will instantly feel relaxed and at home. The custom 3-story home was designed and constructed by a national award-winning builder and offers panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The manicured grounds offer a sand beach, large U-shaped dock (will hold one 24' boat plus two 22' boats), patio and decks. Inside, the living room gives you 2-story windows to take in the stunning views. This room also has a fireplace with a large-screen TV above (sorry, the fireplace is off limits). Next to the living room is the pool table room, complete with pub tables to relax and watch the game while awaiting your turn. The kitchen is amazing - you'll want to be the chef of your wood cabinets, granite counter tops, prep sink, the list goes on and on. Off the kitchen is the sun room where you can relax with your morning coffee or curl up and finally get to that book all your friends are talking about but you haven't found the time to read. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has stunning views through the slider accessing the private deck, a beautiful bath with shower stall and jetted tub, and a TV for catching up on the news before making your plans for the day. The first floor also has a comfy TV room. Up one flight you will find a lovely sitting area overlooking the living room and through the glass to the stunning views. In addition, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a queen bed (this bedroom has gorgeous lake views). These two bedrooms share a bath with a separate shower stall and jetted tub. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and its own private bath and a bedroom with a queen bed and a relaxing couch for lounging with an additional room off it with 2 twin beds. There is yet another bathroom with a shower stall on this floor. The last bedroom on this floor has a queen bed and beautiful lake views. Just when you think it couldn't possibly get any better - go up to the third floor! There you will find a kitchenette AND another bedroom with 4 twin beds, 1 double bed and a bath with jetted tub and shower stall. The furnishings and decor in this home are impeccable and loaded with lake charm. Gather your family and friends - this will truly be your vacation of a lifetime

"We loved this rental! Beautiful, well maintained home that was clean, with immaculate grounds and lakefront space. The dock was incredible. The location on the lake was perfect for us. Great views, clear clean water, no wake zone. We had a boat and jet skis which made being near a public launch a huge bonus. The house was next to Trexlers marina which was very convenient for us to gas up. I was concerned it would be loud but it was not bothersome in the least during the week we were there in end of June. Great area in Moultonborough, very close to grocery store (JoJo's was amazing). Only negative I would say is the description of the 3rd floor was incorrect. While there were many beds up there, there was no furniture otherwise. We had a great experience and we plan to book again next year!! Highly recommend. "
"It was really great, the house was amazing. The only issue was the garbage, the bins were full when we arrived and not emptied until Thursday so our garbage was piling up."

The Property was clean and well maintained.
We had a leak in the tank to the gas grill and I called to report it. They addressed the issues within an hour and it was fixed. We also had a huge storm (micro burst) while there and some tree branches fell and were scattered around the yard. The following morning someone showed up to clean up the mess. I feel At the Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. They were professional and friendly. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, food shopping and the general area.
