"We loved this rental! Beautiful, well maintained home that was clean, with immaculate grounds and lakefront space. The dock was incredible. The location on the lake was perfect for us. Great views, clear clean water, no wake zone. We had a boat and jet skis which made being near a public launch a huge bonus. The house was next to Trexlers marina which was very convenient for us to gas up. I was concerned it would be loud but it was not bothersome in the least during the week we were there in end of June. Great area in Moultonborough, very close to grocery store (JoJo's was amazing). Only negative I would say is the description of the 3rd floor was incorrect. While there were many beds up there, there was no furniture otherwise. We had a great experience and we plan to book again next year!! Highly recommend. "

"The property was as described and we liked the location of the rental. It was convenient to shopping and the activities we had planned.
The Property was clean and well maintained.
We had a leak in the tank to the gas grill and I called to report it. They addressed the issues within an hour and it was fixed. We also had a huge storm (micro burst) while there and some tree branches fell and were scattered around the yard. The following morning someone showed up to clean up the mess. I feel At the Vacation Rentals was very easy to work with. They were professional and friendly. They gave us suggestions for restaurants, food shopping and the general area.
I would definitely work with them again."

"This home was just perfect for our family vacation! The home was in excellent condition, the room layout was great, the kitchen was well stocked with enough glasses, plates etc for a crowd, and the gas grill was clean and worked well (with extra propane tanks). The outside space and view of the lake were spectacular. The dock area was well maintained and perfect for the boat we rented. The staff from At The Lake Vacation Rental were very responsive to questions. We move our family vacation to different locations each year but we plan to come back here next year because everything was just perfect! "

"The house was plenty large enough for 16 people ages 5 months to 79. The oldest couple appreciated the ground floor primary bedroom with private bath. It would have been nice if the toilet was higher. This may sound silly, but a house this size is bound to have multi-generational usage, and some older people have a difficult time getting off a standard-sized toilet. We rented a boat, which was great to have. We visited a few spots in the area, though every place is at least 25-30 minutes away, given the location of the house."

"We were three generations enjoying this very comfortable and spacious house. The shallow sandy bottom water along the dock was great for the 4 year old. The kitchen had great equipment for the cooks, and there were several rooms for gathering. View was lovely. Only downside was being next to a marina with the traffic that brings with it. "
