The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house adjacent to a spacious full bathroom. This home has central A/C! Outside, the lawn spills over to a cozy lakeside fire pit with ample seating for 5. The Lakefront is incredibly peaceful, sited with a "no wake zone" directly in front of the property. The property includes a private sand beach and dock that can accommodate (2) boats up to 22 feet in length each. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO STOVE OR OVEN WITH THIS PROPERTY. The property does have a two-burner hot plate and quality toaster oven. There is a propane gas grill included. This home is sited on a beautiful peninsula and there is an adjacent three bedroom lake-house which may also be available for rent to accommodate more family or friends.
