Suissevale on Winnipesaukee offers a beautiful sand beach with barbecue area and a playground right at the beach - remember, it's just a 1 minute walk from this house! There are also tennis and basketball courts and a second playground at the Clubhouse. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State's Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday. If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
