The living spaces (kitchen, dining area, and living room) are open concept. There are three bedrooms, all on one level. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has bunk room with custom bunk beds - 4 twin beds in total. Completing the cottage is a bathroom with stand-up shower and unique copper sink. Perhaps best of all, you're only a short 5 minute walk to the association beach on Lake Winnipesaukee where you can swim and enjoy the Lake and Mountain views. Please note: This property does not have access to the docks pictured - there is no dock with this property. The woodstove is not available for guest use. This property makes a for a great vacation whether you're visiting in Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter - enjoy hiking Red Hill or the trails at the Castle in the Clouds. Visit the Loon Center in Moultonborough or the Squam Lake Natural Science Center. Play a round of golf at Ridgewood or "mini-golf" at Paradise Falls - both in Moultonborough. There's so much to do nearby! There is parking for 4 cars in the driveway. Fresh Linens may be rented, the fee for this property is $90 for sheets and $12 per person for towels.
