After your day of fun, you can meander over to the bay side of the property, for an evening beverage and enjoy gazing out to the pretty colors of the twilight sky at sunset. Peace, quiet and privacy are yours at this amazing property! The grounds are in keeping with the natural, wooded feel of a true lakefront retreat. Paths will lead you to the different waterfront areas. Imagine lazing in the hammock and finally getting to read that book everyone's been talking about while listening to the rustling of the breeze in the trees and water meeting the shoreline. How about enjoying your morning wake-up rinse in the outdoor shower? After a rousing game of giant Jenga or Chess/Checkers in the yard, you can swim out to the raft to relax and work on your tan. Don't forget to start thinking up those ghost stories and jokes for around the fire pit while enjoying your evening s'mores.
The architect designed home offers a true luxury vacation experience and shows every attention to detail. Offering 3 floors of living space; Thermador appliances in the Chefs kitchen, a Sonos sound system for your listening enjoyment in the kitchen and great room, fireplaces in both the great room and family room and furnishings by Restoration Hardware; not to mention water views from many rooms. There are 5 bedrooms and a bunkroom with sleeping for 16 - 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite baths. Enjoy your evenings gathering in the lower level walk-out family room which opens up to the patio and offers a bar with seating plus a sink, ice maker and TV. Need to work off some of those s'mores? Just challenge your vacation mates to a rousing game of foosball on the table in the family room or a game of out-door ping-pong at the table on the patio. Would you like a quiet space to sit and relax? The home offers a covered porch and deck from which to enjoy a quiet moment of reflection or unplugging and reconnecting with your loved ones. You may never start your car until it's time to head home.

Sheets and bath towels are included with this rental. Please note that the maximum occupancy of 18, including children, is strictly enforced. Overcrowding will result in eviction from the property without refund.

Our family if 16 had a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The equipment at the lake kept us occupied every day. The games in the house were in constant use. There were so many areas for different small groups of us to splinter off and just visit or play cards or other games. We did some sightseeing and found some fun places to eat. Perfection On Lake Winnipesaukee
I rented this amazing home for a family gathering. The minute we stepped onto the property, we knew we had chosen the perfect spot. The home is brand new with only the finest furnishings and the decor is just beautiful. This owner has thought of everything to make their guests feel at home and want for nothing. From sitting around the campfire at night to the family ping-pong tournament, the stay was filled with nothing but wonderful memories to take home and cherish for a lifetime. What luxury, beauty, comfort. The house has everything you need. So much space for everyone to enjoy themselves together or have some breathing room to themselves. Each piece of furniture, every bed, lets you snuggle up and relax in bliss. The bunk room and downstairs den were a huge hit with the kids!! It's quiet, serene. But still close to attractions when you want to get out of the house, but who would? :) It was a winter wonderland when we went. Excellent spot for family vacation
This is a brand new home that is very spacious and was very well appointed - both beautiful and functional. The kitchen lacked nothing and we had all our meals here. Very nice gas grill. You can dine on the deck or inside and there is plenty of room for all. Everyone remarked on how comfortable the beds are. 4 king bedrooms, 1 queen and an exceptional bunk room that the young ones loved. Great dock with no local rocks altering access to boat landings. We especially found the giant floating inner tube with a trampoline web platform great fun and well used. Many amenities from sandy beach for child play, kayaks, table tennis, etc. We all enjoyed our stay. The only negative to renting in this area is If you want to dine out it is a 25-30 minute drive. We had a great stay at this new home. The location was idyllic and had everything we needed, especially the kitchen where we ended up cooking every night.
