On the upper level you'll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom indulges you with a plush queen-sized bed and an en-suite bath, complete with a rejuvenating jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers a comfortable full-sized bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk bed, featuring a twin over a full-sized bed.
From the main level, access the screened porch and deck, where you can unwind amidst nature's tranquility - don't be surprised to see deer wandering through the back yard! Despite this peaceful seclusion, you're only a short drive away from the beach, playground, and tennis courts offered by the vibrant Suissevale Community. PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State's Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State's Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.

If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.

"We had reserved a home through At the Lake Rentals for a wedding weekend. Upon arrival, we were informed our rental had a leak (it was pouring that day) The office folks were able to secure this property instead of the original rental. The house was clean, beds made. We did have a squirrel in the home and had to chase it out. The property was located close to the wedding venue which was convenient. We had to bring all our own paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) but that may have been due to the last-minute change in locations. The property says it sleeps 9 which is a stretch. We had seven of us with someone sleeping on the couches. Overall, it was clean, comfortable, and located close to the wedding so it worked out fine."

"Clean, spacious and a bonus play room -but this was an older rental. Beds had center sag, living room furniture was clean but outdated, one of the dining room chairs was missing a slat. Updates to the furnishings would make this place shine. "
