The home is well placed on an acre of land with over 100 feet of lake frontage. Panoramic, Southern exposure with views of the lakes and mountains, that can't be beat! The house is set on a well maintained, manicured landscape, that is done to perfection. There is an abundance of space to spread out enjoy the outdoors and the lake, right to the water's edge. Just steps down to the seasonal dock that can accommodate 1 boat up to 22' feet as well as a jet-ski. There is also a ladder off the dock for ease of entry into the water.
On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of seating for the entire group. Enjoy your meals while dining lakeside. Don't forget to spend some time on the incredible deck. Enjoy the custom, Adirondack chairs while you sip your mornings' coffee or tea, taking in the fresh, lake and mountain air. If you are in need of shade, there are retractable awnings for your comfort over the deck, that offer shade from the sun. There is also a 3-season porch, and front screened porch, both with separate entryways. When it is time to relax for the day, you have two amazing choices of living areas, both with views of the lake. Off the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a 1/2 bath for convenience, and an additional powder room, also on the main floor.
The upper level offers a primary bedroom with lake view & an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. This bedroom is equipped with a wall unit A/C, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The middle bedroom also offers a majestic lake view, Queen size bed, and Smart TV, please note there is no A/C in this bedroom, but fans will be provided. The third bedroom on this level offers views of the lake and mountains as well, has a pyramid style bunk bed with a twin-size bed over a queen size bed and a separate twin size bed too, this bedroom does have a ceiling fan but no A/C. In addition, there is also a full-size bathroom on this level with a tub/shower combo.
The detached garage also offers a finished, living / sleeping area, 4 twin beds and a Smart TV. Please note that this space is not air conditioned. There will be fans provided for the space and there are blinds that can be kept drawn on hot summer days. It is important to note that there are no bathroom facilities in this space. There is, however, easy access to the house through the side door leading into the laundry area. There are three garages on site, that will not be accessible for guest use with the exception of the living space above the detached garage.
