Take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings outside while grilling for the group. Afterwards you and your guests can feast on the large outdoor furnished deck. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, lounge chair and bathroom with shower. The lower level also features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. A spacious living area for gathering, plenty of seating and a large-screen TV. Meticulously landscaped waterfront lot with a path through the expansive backyard. Relax with an afternoon nap on the hammock and in the evenings, gather around the 6-seat fire pit while enjoying your company. Waterfront deck and a 26' private dock. No pets are allowed at this property. Maximum occupancy for this home is 10. Maximum 4 vehicles at any one time at this home.
