Privately located 5-bedroom Winnipesaukee Lake house with additional 3-bedroom waterfront cottage located in Winter Harbor. Beautifully landscaped property with private beach and 2 docks. The main house is a late 1800s farmhouse. On the lower level, there is a large dining room, an eat-in kitchen with stunning views, a half bath, and walk out access to the lake. On the main level, there is a large living room with glass sliders which open to a screened in porch with wonderful lake views. There is also one bedroom with a full-size bed. The main bathroom is located on this level with a claw foot tub and separate shower. On the upper level, there are 4 bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and two with full-size beds. There are window unit air conditioners in each bedroom as well as in the living room.
The one-level cottage is located at the water's edge. It has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 twin-size beds, one with 2 full-size beds, and one with a queen-size bed. There is a separate dining area overlooking the lake. The living room is a comfortable space to gather and watch TV. There is also a den with beautiful lake views. The cottage has an A/C unit in the living room only.
The spacious yard is beautifully maintained and perfect for outdoor dining and enjoyment. Relax on the amazing sandy beach. For the boating enthusiasts, there are 2 docks with space for 1 boat on each dock.
Maximum Occupancy - 16 People (Main House Sleeps 10 people & Guest Cottage Sleeps 6 people)
Maximum Number of Vehicles - 6 (3 at the main house and 3 at the cottage.)
*Please note that sheets and towels are not included with this rental, however if you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $150 plus tax for sheets and $12 per person plus tax for towels. If you would like to include bed making, the fee for this service is $8 per bed plus tax.
